Delivery Policy

Delivery Arrangements

Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class or tracked shipping via UPS. Royal Mail postage is not tracked, so if you require tracking please select UPS at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders over £100.

We will endeavour to ship any order placed before 3pm on the same same. Any orders placed after 3pm or on Friday – Sunday will be shipped the following working day.

Cancel or Amend Order(s)

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us via telephone on 07498 743704, as soon as possible. If we have not yet processed your order we will happily amend or cancel your order. If we have already processed your order, please contact us when it arrives and we can arrange return of the item for an exchange or refund.

Pre-Orders

We will ship pre-orders as soon as the items are received from our supplier, in order for the item(s) to be delivered as close to release date as possible. There may be circumstances beyond our control where items may be delayed beyond release date.

Telephone Orders

If you would like to order over the phone, please contact us on 07498 743704. We can then send you a payment link either via email or text. Once payment has been received, we will then ship the items. If payment has not been received after 24 hours of the link being sent, the order will be cancelled and the item(s) put back for sale.

Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive once 30 days have passed from date of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.

Following investigation, we will usually offer one of the following:

1. If we have the item(s) in stock, we will offer to send the item again
2. Alternatively (or if you prefer) we will offer you a full refund

Incomplete Orders

If items are missing from your order when it arrives, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can investigate and rectify the issue.

Damaged Orders

We ensure that everything posted is securely packaged. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, items can occasionally get damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can investigate and rectify the problem.
